Building a Generation That Chooses Equality Over Violence
We engage boys and men to challenge harmful gender norms, prevent violence, strengthen wellbeing, and advance equality. Our work connects healthier masculinities with safer communities and greater opportunities for women, girls, and young people.
Gender Equality
We challenge the beliefs and unequal power relationships that sustain gender inequality. Through education, mentorship, and community engagement, we help boys and men embrace respect, fairness, and shared responsibility, contributing to a society where everyone has equal opportunities.
Women's and Girls' Empowerment
Women’s empowerment requires more than access to opportunities. It requires safety, agency, and supportive communities. We engage boys and men to challenge the attitudes and behaviours that restrict women’s choices, prevent violence, and support women’s and girls full participation in society.
Caring Masculinity
We help boys and men question harmful expectations of masculinity and develop healthier ways of expressing emotions, resolving conflict, and relating to others. Through mentorship, education, and community engagement, we promote empathy, accountability, and care as expressions of strength.
Violence Prevention and Peacebuilding
We address the beliefs, behaviours, and social conditions that contribute to violence. Working with boys, families, schools, and communities, we promote peaceful conflict resolution, respectful relationships, and positive alternatives to aggression before violence becomes a pattern.
Men's Mental Health and Wellbeing
We challenge the stigma that prevents boys and men from seeking help. Through mental health education, peer support, community engagement, and technology-enabled services, we create opportunities for boys and men to discuss their struggles and access appropriate support.
Digital Safety and Responsible Technology
Digital Inclusion, Democracy and Civic Participation
We equip young people with digital skills, critical thinking, and opportunities to participate meaningfully in democratic and civic life. Through technology, mentorship, and civic education, we promote responsible citizenship, youth leadership, economic opportunity, and community participation.
Climate Justice and Environmental Sustainability
Climate change threatens the wellbeing, livelihoods, and futures of young people, particularly in underserved communities. We engage boys and young men in environmental education, climate action, and community-led solutions that strengthen resilience, promote responsible leadership, and protect the environment for future generations.
